Why were these 5 brushes selected? These 5 brush styles were thoughtfully curated to optimize your painting experience when paired with a variety of mini and modeling paints. Our brushes offer quality synthetic-blend hair that loads paint generously, distributes smoothly, and maintains brush shape memory. These are designed for continuous use with a consistent spring and snap. The Arsenal brushes are easy to use, durable, and ergonomically designed, making them a great choice for a wide range of projects and skill levels. Included are 3 sizes of round brushes and 2 sizes of flat brushes to cover everything from micro detail to glazing and dry brushing. Why use round brushes and why use flat brushes?

Round brushes are ideal for fine detail work as they can get into small, hard to reach areas with ease. The three sizes provide a range of coverage, from extreme detail using the M5 Mini Round all the way up to sweeping coverage using the M9 Max Round Brush. Our M9 Max Round is a fan favorite!

Flat brushes are ideal for applying washes and achieving dry brush techniques. When applying wash mediums, the flat brushes can hold a good amount of medium to glaze the washes over the surface and easily control the amount of wash applied. For a dry brush technique, the flat brush can also be loaded with a very small amount of paint to apply a light, dry coat over the surface for instant weathering effects.
